Project Description: In the following project, you will inspect a business memo for document properties and you will add document properties. You will insert a screenshot and you will insert a symbol.
Instructions: For the purpose of grading the project you are required to perform the following tasks: Step Instructions Points Possible 1 Start Word 2016. Download and save the project files. Open the file named sk16_wch01_grader_ms.docx and then save the file as Last_First_sk16_wch01_grader_ms 0.000 2 Run the Document Inspector and remove all the Comments, Revisions, Versions, and Annotations. Note, Mac users, remove the comment on Page 1 of the document. 0.000 3 Add a Document Property. For the Title property, type Electricity Rates. 20.000 4 Add a Document Property. For the Subject property, type Rate Comparison. 20.000 5 On Page 2, click the hyperlink www.loc.gov/ and then maximize the browser window. Move the insertion point to the end of the Word file, and then using the Word Snipping Tool, insert a screen clipping of the browser window. Change the width of the screenshot to 6.5″.
