Technology is a field that is continuously growing and changing. In fact, companies that have adopted the use of technology should prepare themselves for such drastic changes. As a result, there is a need for retraining IT workers in the company to cope with faster growth in technology. Primarily, it helps in the realignment of the principles and policies of the Standard Organization for the companies. Intrinsically, the paper discusses the need of retraining It workers due to technology growing at a rapid through reviewing the arguments of different authors in the technological field.

Zeira, J. (2011). Technical progress and early retirement. The Economic Journal, 121(551), 171-193.

Joseph Zeira is a member of Department of Economics, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This article examines the effect of sector technical change on the rate of change in the technology in an organization. It depicts technologies are positively correlated with the technological change in the training among the employees in an organization. Lastly, the authors of the article are credible source since they have experience in the economics especially on the effects of technical change on the company.
